Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Lois Jeans branded tags and labels remain securely attached.
Print & Post
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
